Thank you so much for your interest in participating in ish: a community arts and cultural festival bringing people together in exploration and celebration of Jewish and Israeli arts and cultural traditions. Please complete the following registration to apply to be a food vendor.
The main day event will take place on Sunday, September 26, 2021 from 11AM - 6PM in Washington Park.
NEW THIS YEAR! ish Festival will open on Saturday night, September 25, 2021 from 6PM - 11PM. Vendors need not be available both days but should indicate all possible availability for our team's knowledge and planning purposes. Saturday is a ticketed/paid event (2500+ attendees anticipated). Sunday the event is free and open to the public (anticipating over 7,500 attendees this year! ). Vendors must be operational 90 minutes prior to event start time (9:30AM Sunday / 4:30pm Saturday) in order to complete necessary inspections by Cincinnati Health Dept. Vendors will have load-in and load-out access outside festival hours. ALL SALES ARE RETAINED BY VENDOR.
Refundable Security Deposit: $250 (Applicable for open flame or onsite cooking vendors only!)
All vendors are required to secure and show proof of a temporary food service permit issued by the Cincinnati Health Department (or mobile vending permit) in order to participate. For tented booth vendors, the site venue does not permit any staking into the ground- all tents and equipment must be secured via weights/water barrels. Equipment may be provided by the vendor, or may be rented through festival organizers per package offerings below. When cooking on grill or with open flame, vendors MUST provide mats or tarps to protect granite and grass surfaces from grease or spillage. Washington Park is an exclusive Coca-Cola products venue ONLY. If vendors wish to sell beverages, they must be Coca-Cola products, including water. Vendors may purchase beverages through Washington Park Rentals at a discounted price.
Paper and disposable items may be available through Festival organizers! Details to be confirmed.
*For Farmer Vendors or those wishing to sell pre-cooked or pre-packaged products ONLY, a temporary food service permit need not be obtained.
Accepted applicants will be given further instructions for payment, and a deposit will be required to secure final space.
