EMERGING ARTIST FELLOWSHIP
In 2022, ish and our partners at the Jewish Federation, ArtsWave, & the Ohio Arts Council gave young adults the chance to learn, grow, connect, and build community. Through exposure and hands-on learning about Israel, Jewish culture, and impact programming, we're inspiring the next generation of Jew-ish artists and community leaders.

QUEER TORAH STUDY
In collaboration with elech, Temple Sholom & UpStart, QTS is a pilot facilitator-training program for Jewish/Jew-ish Queer-identifying young adults interested in leading monthly Torah study meet-ups for and with other LGBTQ+ identifying peers.

CINCINNATI JEWISH TEEN INITIATIVE

JEWISH TEENS
In 2021, ish became the new operator of the Cincinnati Jewish Teen Initiative. ish’s Teen Think Tank (T3) Research & Design Internship is an opportunity for teens to design and implement strategies to make Cincinnati a more inclusive and engaging place to be a Jew-ish teen.

CIVIL RIGHTS TEEN JOURNEY
Teens will learn how the struggles African Americans faced while trying to gain equality during the Civil Rights Movement of the 1950s & 60s, and the Jews who supported them, paved a way for a more just and equitable world today. This FREE Spring Break trip is a mix of fun, sightseeing & education.

NOT YOUR TYPICAL ISRAEL TRIP
Specially designed with Queer, BIPOC, and interfaith teens in mind, teens will connect with others who share intersectional Jewish (or Jew-ish) identities. We will celebrate LGBTQ+ Pride month Israeli style, connect with Ethiopian Jewish communities, and build friendships with those from different faith and cultural backgrounds.
